Our Hassle-Free 14-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Our 14-day return policy means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure your item meets the following criteria:
- It’s in the same condition as when you received it.
- It’s unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Getting started is simple:

- Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages or Incorrect Items
We’re sorry if something wasn’t quite right! Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and let us know immediately if:
- Your item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for returns, such as:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
We’re also unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you need is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved, simply place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 7-Day Cooling-Off Period
For our EU customers, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 7 days for any reason—no justification needed!
As with our regular policy, the item must be:
- In the same condition as when you received it.
- Unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
